Today, on November 19, Akim of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybai went on a working trip to the Karakiyansky district, where he got acquainted with the implementation of social and infrastructure projects in the villages of Zhetybai and Munaishi.
First, the governor of the region inspected the Sarkylmas Kuat wind farm under construction in the village of Munaishi. The 50 MW plant is scheduled to be commissioned in February 2025. According to the project, 8 wind turbines with a capacity of 6.25 MW were placed on an area of 45.5 hectares. According to the director of construction of the company Yerkinzhan Alakhunov, the total cost of the project is 13.474 billion tenge, 30% of which is the company's own funds, and 70% is borrowed. 120 people will be employed on a permanent basis during construction, and 15 during operation.
After that, the head of the region got acquainted with the current state of dilapidated residential buildings in the Temirzholshi microdistrict of the village of Munaishi. In total, there are 99 apartments in 9 houses, 38 of which are empty. According to the results of the technical examination, the houses were recognized as emergency. The governor of the region instructed to build new houses as soon as possible to ensure the safety of residents.
Next, Nurdaulet Kilybai got acquainted with the progress of the project "Reconstruction of the Volga water treatment plant" in the village of Zhetybai. The project, which will begin in 2025, will include the construction of a 2-kilometer water pipeline and the installation of new modular stations pumping 260-300 cubic meters of water per hour. The facilities will purify Volga water, enrich it with essential minerals and provide clean water to the population.
Further, the governor of the region got acquainted with the progress of the overhaul of the Zhetybai rural hospital. 75% of the interior repairs and 30% of the exterior work of the three-storey building, commissioned in 2007, have been completed. During the renovation, an elevator will be installed in the hospital and conditions will be created in accordance with modern requirements. The full completion of the facility is scheduled for 2025.
At the end of the working trip, the head of the region visited the construction site of a sports complex in the village of Munaishi. The hangar-type gym, built at the entrepreneur's own expense, is designed as a multifunctional facility. The complex with an area of 24x62 meters is designed for all kinds of sports. There is a locker room, showers, a modern gym and a room for trainers. It is expected that the project is 80% ready and will be commissioned by the end of the year.
Akim of the region Nurdaulet Kilybai stressed the need for quality control and timely execution of construction and repair work, and also gave a number of specific instructions to the relevant managers.
