Deputies of the Maslikhat of Astana, headed by Chairman of the Maslikhat Yerlan Kanalimov, visited fire and rescue units in the capital.
The delegation visited the fire station No. 23, built in the shortest possible time from prefabricated modular building materials, and also got acquainted with the capital's specialized fire stations No. 4 and No. 6 named after Askar Zabikulin, where major repairs were carried out this year.
The head of the Department, Marat Kuldikov, familiarized the guests with the activities of rescue units. Technical equipment and equipment of firefighters and rescuers, a training complex, the work of dispatching services were demonstrated, where the guests appreciated the staffing of the rescue service and noted the need for further improvement of the civil protection system.
During the visit, a number of employees were awarded letters of thanks on behalf of the Chairman of the Maslikhat for their significant contribution to the development and strengthening of the state civil protection system.
