The branch of Kazvodkhoz "D.Konaev Big Almaty Canal" carries out mechanical cleaning of sections with a total length of 10 km from the PK1210 canal to the PK1311 canal. Action plans for the accident-free passage of flood waters are also being developed and approved. The necessary volume of free tanks in reservoirs for the accumulation of flood waters has been provided.
In addition, the reconstruction of 1.53 km of the highway of the Great Almaty Canal is underway.
