Today, a joint seminar of KazCenter Housing and Communal Services JSC and Veolia company was held in the capital, dedicated to modern technologies of water treatment, water treatment and management of sewage treatment plants. The event brought together representatives of akimats, water utilities, government agencies and international experts, becoming a platform for the exchange of experience and discussion of innovative solutions in the field of water technologies.

The seminar was part of the preparation for the implementation of key initiatives envisaged by the National Project. Within the framework of the project, considerable attention is paid to the development of regions, taking into account their specific features. The possibilities of each region for jointly building an effective strategy for the modernization of water supply and water treatment infrastructure will be analyzed in detail.
As emphasized in the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the main priorities are the rational use of natural resources, improving environmental safety and the formation of highly professional human resources. These tasks form the basis of long-term work on the modernization of the housing and communal services system.
"Together with the regions, we will consider ways of their development, paying attention not only to the modernization of facilities, but also to the management of operational processes. It is important to include analytics in this work, especially the indicators that arrive at the entrance to the treatment facilities. This will significantly increase the efficiency of their work and improve the environmental situation," said the Chairman of the Board of KazCenter Housing and Communal Services JSC
Veolia presented its advanced technologies in the field of water treatment, wastewater treatment and water management to the participants of the seminar. The experts spoke about cost optimization methods, the introduction of digital solutions and the experience of managing water bodies in various countries of the world.
One of the key topics was the formation of an analytical system for monitoring wastewater parameters. This approach will make it possible to more accurately assess the load on wastewater treatment plants, optimize processes and ensure a high level of environmental safety.
Much attention was paid to the training of specialists during the seminar. KazCenter Housing and Communal Services JSC actively cooperates with leading universities in Kazakhstan, including Nazarbayev University, ENU, KAZGAS, KazNRTU named after K.I. Satpayev and other educational institutions. This cooperation is aimed at forming a new generation of professionals in the field of housing and communal services, who will have the necessary competencies to work with modern technologies.
The possibility of attracting talented students to participate in practical projects is also being considered, which will allow them to gain valuable experience and contribute to the development of the industry.
