In accordance with the Decree of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev "on awarding state awards of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the title "Kazakstannyn Enbek Yeri" was awarded to a teacher of the KSU "Gymnasium School No. 34 named after Asan Taimanov" in the city of Uralsk.
A qualified teacher, teacher of Russian language and literature Elmara Askarovna, who has been continuously working in the field of pedagogy for 34 years, she and her students are winners of regional and republican Olympiads and have been awarded prizes.
