Next year, Cape Zhylandy in the Mangystau region will be landscaped as a tourist destination, and a visitor center will be built on the Beket-Ata road. This was announced by Akim of the Karakiyansky district, Symbat Toretaev, at a meeting of akim of the region, Nurdaulet Kilybai, with residents of the district.
According to the general plan of the Karakiyansky district, a special land plot has been allocated for the development of tourism from the seashore to Cape Zhylandy. Today, a project is being developed to develop Cape Zhylandy as a tourist destination.
In addition, Visit Aktau LLP is going to build a visit center on the Beket-Ata road. The cost of the project is 200 million tenge. Detailed information about the tourism potential of the region will be collected here. Experts will tell tourists which type of trip to choose. Travelers will be given the opportunity to eat and relax. The construction of the center will begin next year.
According to the comprehensive plan of socio-economic development of the Mangystau region for 2021-2025, a number of projects are proposed for the development of tourism in the Karakiyansky district.
In particular, it is planned to open recreation centers on the Kyzylkum site and in the village of Senek. It is planned to implement service centers and the Senek Safari project along the road in the direction of Kuryk port.
In addition, it is planned to build a road to the famous Bozzhyr gorge.
