Alpamys Kamalov, Director General of Aviation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazaviaspas, took part in a meeting organized by the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The meeting discussed key issues of interaction between civil aviation organizations and the competent authority in terms of conducting investigations of aviation accidents and incidents. The meeting was also attended by representatives of all aviation companies, airports of the country, aviation of the Ministry of Emergency Situations "Kazaviaspas", RSE "Kazaeronavigation" and JSC "Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan".
During the meeting, issues related to the investigation of aviation accidents, timely notification of such events and prevention of information concealment were discussed. Alpamys Kamalov stressed the importance of openness and transparency in the investigation process.
To ensure the safety of aviation operations, it is extremely important that all information about incidents is provided in a timely manner, and investigations are conducted with maximum objectivity. The task of aviators is not only to identify the causes of incidents, but also to take measures to prevent similar situations in the future.
Special attention was paid to the correctness of filling out reports on the results of investigations and the development of a corrective action plan, which should be submitted at the end of each investigation. Modern methods, including the experience of the international organization ICAO, aimed at improving the skills of specialists and improving the quality of investigations, were considered.
In addition, they discussed the exchange of experience between domestic and foreign colleagues, as well as regular trainings and seminars to improve the level of training of all participants in the aviation industry.
The Meeting stressed the importance of an integrated approach to civil aviation safety and further strengthening cooperation between government agencies and aviation companies for effective management and prevention of aviation incidents and accidents.
