On November 22, in the morning, at 40 km from the village of Zhezdy in the Ulytau district of the Ulytau region, 4 people were found and evacuated from a snow drift by the emergency services, who left in a car on November 21 in the afternoon in search of cattle and got stuck in a mud mass.
