As part of a working trip to Kokshetau, Vice Minister of Emergency Situations Yerlan Nurpeisov took part in a workshop held in the emergency Department of Akmola region.
During the event, issues of preparing for floods and conducting flood control measures were raised.
In the VKS mode, the Vice Minister heard about the work done by the territorial divisions of the Emergency Situations Ministry, whose areas are prone to floods. In addition, he noted the need to intensify work with local executive bodies on the implementation of flood control measures, on the prevention of emergencies in the winter period, touched upon issues of material and technical equipment.
Also during the meeting, the Vice Minister listened to the heads of departments and services of the department. Following the meeting, he gave a number of instructions.
