On October 28, 2024, a meeting between Akim of Kostanay region Kumar Aksakalov and young people who passed the selection for the regional personnel reserve was held at the SMART center.
In his speech, Akim emphasized the importance of forming patriotic and competent young people who can contribute to the development of the region. He noted that the state actively supports youth initiatives, offering various programs and grants for education and housing issues.
Kumar Aksakalov recalled that within the framework of the Bolashak program, young people can receive a prestigious education abroad, and also mentioned new opportunities opened up by partnerships with foreign universities. An important step in supporting young people was the development of the regional program "Kostanay Zhastary", thanks to which many young families were able to purchase their own housing.
Akim congratulated the reservists on successfully passing all stages of selection and noted that enrollment in the personnel reserve opens the door to administrative positions in local authorities. "Our region needs young and energetic specialists who are capable of working for the benefit of the state," he added.
Kumar Aksakalov wished the reservists success in achieving their goals and called on them to actively participate in the development of the region.
