More than 172,000 hectares of land have been returned to the Ulytau region

According to the instructions of the Head of State, the Committee for Land Management of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2024 in the Ulytau region, it is planned to return agricultural land to state ownership with a total area of 170 thousand hectares. The plan for the return of land has been fulfilled: plots with a total area of 172 thousand 526 hectares have been returned. Including arable land – 92,032 hectares, pastures – 78,766 hectares, others - 1,728 hectares.
In addition, this year, employees of the Department of Land Management of the Ulytau region conducted unscheduled inspections in order to exercise state control over the use and protection of land in the field of land relations in the territory of the region.
According to their results, in accordance with Articles 136, 338 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses, fines were imposed and 6.1 million tenge was collected to the state revenue.
