As part of a working trip to the East Kazakhstan region, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tamara Duissenova visited key social facilities in Ridder. The main attention was paid to the modernization of healthcare and the development of sports infrastructure.

The Deputy Prime Minister got acquainted with the progress of construction of a multidisciplinary hospital complex, which is a long-awaited project for residents of Ridder. Financing of the construction has been fully secured: on behalf of the Head of State, 28.2 billion tenge has been allocated from funds returned within the framework of the law "On the Return of illegally acquired assets to the State". This decision provoked a positive response from local residents.

Another significant object visited during the trip was the only Republican specialized boarding school of the Olympic Reserve in winter sports in the country. This unique educational institution is designed for 250 students. 179 qualified specialists provide training for athletes here. After getting acquainted with the work of the boarding school, Tamara Duissenova held a meeting with regional heads of sports organizations.

During the working trip, the Deputy Prime Minister visited an exhibition of products presented by the participants of the Auyl Amanaty program. This initiative, aimed at improving the living standards and incomes of villagers, opens up opportunities for the development of various areas of agricultural business.

The exhibition featured food products, light industry products and the work of artisans. The participants of the program, who received loans at 2.5%, highly appreciated its effectiveness. The event was held on the territory of the Altai wholesale and distribution center. The first stage of the center's construction is already nearing completion: a warehouse designed to store up to 18 thousand tons of vegetables has been put into operation. It is planned to open a retail space in the near future.
