On November 20, 2024, in the meeting room of the Akimat of the region, together with the state legal department of the office of the Akim of the East Kazakhstan region and the Department of Justice of the East Kazakhstan region, a seminar-meeting on the registration of regulatory legal acts with the participation of representatives of local executive bodies of the region was held. Deputy Head of the Department of Justice of East Kazakhstan Region Amirkhanov Aydin Kumashkenovich, Head of the Department of Registration of Normative legal Acts of the Department of Justice of East Kazakhstan Region Sarbasova Gulfara Seitkamzinovna and representatives of the branch for the East Kazakhstan region of the Institute of Legislation and Legal Information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in this event. In his speech, Deputy Head of the Department of Justice Amirkhanov A.K. focused the attention of the seminar participants on the changes made to the Rules for maintaining the State Register of the NPA of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Reference Control Bank of the NPA of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by Order of the Acting Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 5, 2023 No. 464. and also explained the main issues arising when sending the NPA by state bodies to the Reference Control Bank. During the seminar, representatives of the Department of Justice discussed the issue of the quality of the adopted acts. In turn, the participants of the seminar voiced their questions and suggestions.
