Taza Kazakhstan": "Start with yourself" - Aktobe youth discusses new environmental plans

Today, in Aktobe, in the hall "Mangilik El" of Aktobe Regional University named after K. Zhubanov, within the framework of the republican program "Taza Kazakhstan", a round table was held among young people on the topic "Ozinnen basta" ("Start with yourself").
Its participants were students, representatives of youth public organizations, and leaders of the civil movement.
Active Aktobe residents were invited to the dialogue, they shared their life experiences with the audience. One of them is an entrepreneur, public figure Kairzhan Tanatarov. He advised the young people to protect the environment and contribute to the conservation of nature:
"Only this year, according to the campaign "Taza Kazakhstan", in spring and autumn, like-minded people and I planted hundreds of pine trees, decorating our city. You yourself notice that everything is getting cleaner every day – Aktobe residents clean, sweep, clean territories, are engaged in landscaping, replenish the green fund of the small homeland. Together we will be able to maintain the ecological balance."
Chairman of the regional headquarters of "Zhasyl El" Nurzhan Shangytbayev noted the importance of forming an eco-culture among young people, promoting the values of caring for the environment.
"Within the framework of Taza Kazakhstan, we have held many events to improve the cities and villages of the region, introducing young people to the patriotic initiative. Environmental actions "Taza kala – taza jagalau", "Tugan kalana agash syila", "Menin atauly agashym", "Bulak korsen, kozin ash!", "Ardagerlardi ardaktayyk!", "Jasyl cross - 2024" and others were organized. Thousands of young people supported such an important and large-scale challenge. We not only cleared and landscaped the territories, but also showed others an example of love for their native land," he said.
Other eco-activists also spoke, the guys told about the work done.
At the end of the meeting, all participants expressed confidence that similar work will continue next year: new green areas will appear, courtyards and streets will be improved.
During the round table, the main directions of further work were identified, including sustainable environmental actions and educational projects.
