In Taraz, a new school No. 67 with 1,200 seats was opened in the Uly Dala microdistrict. The educational facility was built
within the framework of the national project "Comfortable School" initiated by the President of the country.
Akim of Zhambyl region Yerbol Karashukeyev took part in the solemn opening of the educational facility.
The head of the region wished the students success in their studies. He noted that the state creates all conditions to provide children with high-quality education and decent upbringing.
- All conditions for obtaining high-quality knowledge and developing creative abilities have been created in the new educational facilities built within the framework of the national project "Comfortable School" initiated by the Head of State. Previously, comfortable schools opened their doors in the village of Sarykemer of the Bayzak district and the Bayterek microdistrict of Taraz, the governor of the region said.
The head of the region expressed gratitude to Samuryk-Kazyna Joint Stock Company and Integra Construction KZ LLP, who contributed to the construction of the facility.
- Today is a significant day for residents of the Uly Dala microdistrict. We have all watched the progress of the school's construction and are very glad that a large, modern school has been built next to our house. My 4 grandchildren will study here," says Almash Auganbayeva, a resident.
The spacious educational institution is equipped with modern equipment, an unobstructed environment for children with special needs has been created.
The school building has 3 canteens, 2 gyms, an assembly hall, a library, 59 classrooms, 2 language labs, 2 computer rooms, 3 laboratories and 3 workshops, 10 coworking centers.
To ensure the safety of children, CCTV cameras, turnstiles, alarm buttons are installed.
It is planned to build 12 schools in Zhambyl region within the framework of the national project "Comfortable School", which will solve the problem of shortage of student places, three-shift training and emergency schools.
Since the beginning of the year, 10 of the 36 educational facilities under construction have been put into operation in the region. 5 more schools are expected to be completed by the end of the year.
Next year, the construction of 26 educational facilities will begin.
