On October 25, a solemn raising of the National Flag for the Republic Day took place on the Square of State Ceremonies in Aktau. The meeting was attended by Akim of Mangystau region Nurdaulet Kilybai, elders and veterans, representatives of various fields, military personnel and residents of the city.
The public, who came to pay tribute to the national holiday, jointly performed the National Anthem of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
At the solemn meeting, Akim of the region Nurdaulet Kilybai congratulated the residents of the region on Republic Day and noted that this day is a reflection of a historic step towards the creation of the state.

The solemn ceremony was continued by a concert program, in which patriotic songs were performed.
