Ramankhan Turegeldiyev was born in 1984 in the South Kazakhstan region. He graduated from Mukhtar Auyezov South Kazakhstan State University, Shymkent Socio-Pedagogical University and the Financial Academy.
The total length of service in the civil service is more than 14 years. He began his career in the field of state audit and financial control in 2009, taking up the position of an expert in the Department of Internal Administration and Human Resources of the Financial Control Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the period from 2017 to 2020, he worked as the head of the department in the Internal State Audit Committee and served as Deputy Head of the Department of Internal State Audit in the Almaty region.
From 2020 to 2023, he worked as the head of the Department of Internal State Audit in the West Kazakhstan region.
Since 2023, he has held the position of Director of the Internal State Audit Appeal Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
