The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan reminds citizens about the possibility of connecting the Stop-credit service (voluntary refusal to receive bank loans and microcredits).
The service is now available on the main page of the eGov mobile mobile application and on the E-Government web portal. Connection is possible via EDS or using a username and password. To do this, go to the "Services" section on the main page of the site and select the option "Voluntary refusal to receive bank loans and micro-loans".
The service is activated for an unlimited period and can be disabled at the request of a citizen.
The Ministry also recalls the importance of observing cybersecurity measures and recommends:
Use complex and unique passwords for each account.
Update the software regularly on all devices.
Do not open suspicious links and messages.
Use antivirus software to protect your devices.
Do not enter personal data on questionable websites and applications.
Enable two-factor authentication to protect accounts.
Check your privacy settings on social networks.
Do not transmit messages sent from 1414 with codes to third parties.
Do not disclose bank details to third parties.
Following these guidelines will help protect your data and avoid financial risks.
