The problems raised by the residents of the Turkestan region are being resolved within the framework of the law. The reception of citizens is carried out according to the established schedule. The first deputy akim of the region, Zulpikhar Zholdasov, met with the residents of the region again, listening to their problems.
At the reception, residents voiced a lot of questions. The main part of them concerned obtaining housing from the state and proposals for improving infrastructure.
A resident of Turkestan asked to change the apartment provided to her on the 2nd floor to the first floor. She was told that there was no such possibility yet. An entrepreneur from the city of Kentau raised questions about receiving a gratuitous grant, certification of domestic products, opening a social store and supporting the development of equestrian sports. The deputy akim assured that the state always supports start-up entrepreneurs, and their proposals will be considered within the framework of the law.
A resident of the Sauran district complained of unjustified dismissal. An inspection was carried out by the regional labor inspectorate on this issue, and in the future the necessary actions will be taken within the framework of the law.
A mother with many children from Turkestan asked to help her husband obtain citizenship. They explained to her the ways to solve this issue. Another resident asked for help in obtaining housing. They explained to him that housing is provided only in turn and in accordance with the established procedure, and also told about the benefits and subsidies for paying rent.
In addition, issues of yard improvement, installation of road signs, as well as problems with heating and lighting were discussed at the reception.
In general, Zulpikhar Zholdasov stressed that all the issues raised will not be ignored, and responsible persons will receive appropriate instructions. All the issues raised will be resolved within the framework of the law.
