The Acting Deputy Head of the Department, Zh.Zh. Kazbayeva, together with the Deputy Chairman of the Regional Chamber of Private Bailiffs of the Kostanay region, M.A. Seralin, received applicant K. on the issue of the execution of the court decision and the lifting of travel restrictions in the framework of enforcement proceedings.
The Department's management systematically conducts receptions for citizens, both individuals and legal entities, at the site of the Citizens' Reception Center, at the public reception of the Amanat party, as well as as part of field receptions.
Conducting personal receptions makes it possible to significantly strengthen feedback from the population within the framework of the implementation of the concept of a "Hearing State" and respond to citizens' appeals in a timely manner.
