Today, Vice Minister of Finance Dauren Kenbeil held a meeting with a delegation of the Eximbank of China headed by Vice President Yang Dongning.
The meeting discussed topical issues of the economic situation in Kazakhstan, the development of the financial market, the prospects for borrowing in the domestic and foreign markets, as well as the expansion of bilateral economic cooperation, including the implementation of joint projects.
Yang Dunning noted the importance of Kazakhstan as a strategic partner in the region and expressed the Bank's readiness to continue supporting key initiatives in the economy and infrastructure.
Dauren Kenbeil stressed the importance of strengthening financial ties with China, positively noting the contribution of China's Eximbank to the implementation of mutually beneficial projects contributing to the sustainable economic development of Kazakhstan.
Following the meeting, the Parties noted the significant potential for further expansion of partnership and development of mutual financial cooperation.
