Speaker - K.Syundikov, Ethics Commissioner of Kostanay region. The purpose of the lesson is to improve the competencies of employees, familiarize them with the latest legislation on public service, and prevent ethical misconduct and administrative offenses.

 The focus is on the implementation of values in public service, the principles of "Adal Azamat", "Taza Kazakhstan" and "Law and Order".

 In accordance with the new legislation, concepts such as digital ethics and impeccable reputation are being introduced in the civil service.

 The Speaker informed about the speeches of the Head of State on the topic of public ethics and the fundamental principles of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The new Constitution has consolidated the equal access of the country's citizens to public service. 

 K.Syundikov also drew the audience's attention to the content of the latest article by Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs D. Zhazykbai "The result is more important than the process" in the newspaper Kazakhstanskaya Pravda. The country continues to develop a public service service model based on the principle of "People first".

The speaker noted the importance of observing ethical standards in communication with the public, service recipients and conflict prevention.
