Akim of the region, Nurlybek Nalibaev, held a special meeting on funding for creative circles and sports sections, as well as for recipients of targeted social assistance. The regional akim set specific tasks for the heads of relevant industries and district akims. The akim instructed that necessary measures be taken based on information from parents regarding the actual attendance of children in creative circles and sports sections. All entrepreneurs must be provided with Face ID mobile apps.
It should be noted that, due to the Head of State's instructions, the implementation of the creative circles and sports sections funding program has been underway since 2021. Thanks to this initiative, children and teenagers have the opportunity to attend for free. In general, entrepreneurs in the region have rented 40 cultural centers and clubs, 15 schools, and one university building to conduct club activities. A special commission will be formed in the near future to thoroughly check the work of all clubs in the city and districts. During the meeting, the conversation also focused on recipients of targeted social assistance.
- Among the recipients of TSA, there are those who hide their real income and provide false information, - said N. Nalibayev. - Such assistance should be provided only to those citizens who really need it. In this regard, I instruct you to fulfill the established plan by the end of the year and return the funds received by citizens without grounds for state assistance.
