In 2024, the Consumer Rights Protection Committee and territorial departments protected consumer rights for a total amount of more than 1.7 billion tenge. This is 161.2% more than last year.

In total, more than 60,000 requests were received during the year, which is 120.4% higher than in 2023. The main complaints concerned retail, e-commerce, and consumer services.
