At the Reception Center, Vice Minister of Justice Daniel Vaisov heard questions and complaints from residents.
During the reception, residents of Astana, Almaty, Kostanay and East Kazakhstan region asked questions about enforcement proceedings and conducting a forensic examination.
After hearing from the citizens, Daniel Vaisov provided clarifications on the issues raised and gave appropriate instructions to the heads of structural divisions on appeals.
Issues requiring further consideration have been taken under personal control.
