Information about the explosion of an oxygen cylinder on an AZAL aircraft was received from the flight director of Rostov at 10.53.
Thus, the Rostov flight director provided additional information to the flight director of the Aktau Tower that an oxygen cylinder had exploded in the passenger cabin of the aircraft, passengers were losing consciousness and requested resuscitation upon arrival. Based on this information, all rescue services were promptly notified.
At the briefing, the chronology of events was announced based on reports from the Rostov flight director.
