Under the leadership of Akim of North Kazakhstan Region Gauez Nurmukhambetov, a meeting of the akimat was held, during which the results of socio-economic development for 10 months of 2024 were considered.
During this period, the economy grew by 16.5%, and growth is also observed in the main sectors. The volume of construction work increased by 27.3%, housing construction by 22.9%, agriculture by 30.2%, industrial production by 0.1%, and investment by 9.4%.
Following the meeting, the head of the region instructed the relevant departments, akims of districts and Petropavlovsk to ensure the fulfillment of planned indicators of socio-economic development and full utilization of budget funds.
