Users of the eGov portal.kz can receive a medical certificate form 073/y confirming that they are able to drive a vehicle. This is a mandatory document for all drivers, which indicates the absence of contraindications for driving.
Previously, this certificate was received in paper form after passing a medical examination by four specialized specialists (a therapist, a psychiatrist-narcologist, an ophthalmologist and an otolaryngologist). Now the user receives a certificate in electronic format after completing a medical examination, and the digital document is automatically saved in a single database.
How to get the service online:
- log in to the eGov portal.kz and go to the section "Healthcare – Medical care";
- select the service "Issuance of a medical certificate in form No. 073/y";
- sign the request using one of the available signing methods.
As a result of receiving the service, a medical certificate with expert opinions will be available in the user's personal account in PDF format. It is valid for one year from the date of its receipt.
