In accordance with Article 100 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Subsoil and Subsoil Use", the winner of the auction within twenty working days from the date of publication of the auction results (1) pays a subscription bonus and (2) sends to the competent authority confirmation of payment of the subscription bonus and a signed contract for exploration and production or production of hydrocarbons, developed in accordance with in accordance with a standard contract for exploration and production or production of hydrocarbons approved by the competent authority.
