The main topics of the appeals covered a wide range of educational issues: from preschool and secondary education to technical and vocational training, as well as inclusive education.
The Minister gave detailed answers to questions from residents. Issues requiring additional analysis and elaboration have been taken under the personal control of the head of the department.
Following the results of the reception, the heads of committees and structural divisions of the Ministry of Education were given specific instructions for the prompt resolution of the voiced issues.
It should be noted that personal receptions of the Minister's citizens are held both in the regions and in the specialized Reception Center for citizens, which is located at 8 Mangilik El Ave., House of Ministries, entrance 16.
