Master classes with the participation of foreign specialists began on November 25 and will continue until December 6. To date, Belarusian doctors have successfully performed three operations using innovative methods.
The exchange of experience is carried out by doctors of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for Pediatric Surgery from Minsk, including Yu.V. Linnik, a member of the European Society of Cardiothoracic Surgeons, as well as anesthesiologists-resuscitators O.A. Kozhemyakina and A.A. Tsilko, together with doctors of the regional children's hospital.
In addition to complex operations, qualified specialists from Belarus conduct consultations and diagnostic examinations of children with heart diseases in the cardiac surgery department of the regional children's hospital.
It should be noted that the master classes are held within the framework of long-term cooperation with the Zhuldyzai & K Public Foundation. The main goal of the project is to provide scientific and practical assistance to regional doctors through training in innovative technologies with the participation of experienced foreign specialists.
