The Perinatal Center hosted an international master class for obstetricians-gynecologists and midwives. The opening ceremony of the event was attended by the head of the city health department Nurlybek Asylbekov. The lectures were conducted by medical specialists of the highest category, specially invited from Russia. During the three-day training, medical workers mastered manual skills on simulation equipment in emergency obstetric conditions, and practical classes improved the professional qualifications of doctors. White-collar workers have gained experience in emergency care for mothers and children during childbirth.
Professional advice was given to local doctors by an obstetrician-gynecologist of the highest category of Russia, candidate of Medical Sciences Sergey Martirosyan and Chief Physician of the "Regional Perinatal Center" of the Kaliningrad region Olga Perevozkina, candidate of Medical Sciences, head of the Department of clinical and expert work of the Perinatal Center No. 67 named after L. A. Vorokhobov Yulia Kuteikina, combining theoretical and practical skills. In general, more than 40 medical workers from maternity hospitals of the city took part in the master class and improved their skills.
