On December 2, participants of the retraining program for senior managers "Head of a new formation", organized by the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Nazarbayev University, visited the Situation Center of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the program is to develop managerial competencies and organizational skills of civil servants.
Vice Minister Zhannat Dubirova told the participants about the process of introducing information technologies into housing and communal services management.
The heads of the regional offices and the akims of the districts were told about the positive experience of the Situation Center in restoring housing affected by spring floods. Recall that 10 regions, 47 districts, 5 regional centers and 224 settlements were affected by floods, 11,987 residential buildings and 5,616 dachas were damaged. As a result of joint work with the affected regions, 2,680 new houses were built, 5,767 housing units were purchased and 9,156 houses were renovated.
In addition, Zhannat Dubirova presented the projects "State Urban Planning Cadastre", "Unified Housing and Communal Services Platform" and "Unified Housing and Communal Services Data Cloud".
The Vice Minister stressed the importance of digitalization in the housing and communal services sector to improve control, transparency and automation of processes, which helps to eliminate bureaucratic procedures and reduce corruption risks.
The participants also got acquainted with the current projects of the ministry, including monitoring of shared-equity construction, scaling of a Single payment Document to the level of districts and villages.
At the end of the event, the participants discussed the issues raised, exchanged views and shared practical cases.
