The Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs about the accreditation of associations of private business entities.
The process is carried out in accordance with paragraph 4 of the Rules for Accreditation, including the form of the accreditation certificate, the grounds and procedure for revoking the accreditation of associations of private business entities and other non-profit organizations, approved by Order No. 127 of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2023.
The accreditation of associations of private business entities is carried out in accordance with the Rules. To obtain accreditation, the applicant submits the following documents:
1) An application for accreditation by private business entities and other non-profit organizations in accordance with Annex 2 to these Rules;
2) electronic copies of the constituent documents and documents confirming the state (accounting) registration (re-registration) of a legal entity, branch (representative office) in Kazakh and Russian languages;
3) a list of members of the association and/or organization, indicating the business identification number.
