On August 26, 2026, the Ethics Commissioner of the Department of State Revenues in Astana conducted explanatory work on compliance with civil service legislation.

The purpose of the explanatory work was to prevent corruption-related offenses; ensure compliance with civil service and anti-corruption legislation; prevent corruption and other offenses by subordinate civil servants; strengthen the anti-corruption culture among civil servants; prevent violations of the provisions of the Code of Ethics of Civil Servants of the Republic of Kazakhstan; and improve the quality of public services.
