Two two-storey houses with 8 apartments have different sizes, and 20 detached houses have an area of 74 square meters. All houses are connected to gas, water, electricity and heating, the yards are landscaped.
The President's instructions on providing housing to the population and developing housing infrastructure are being effectively implemented in Aktobe region.
36 families celebrated housewarming in the village of T. Zhurgenova, the regional center of the Aitekebi district. There are 30 people on the waiting list, as well as doctors and government employees who came to work in the district.
Akim of the district Dauletiyar Tuguzbayev, speaking at the solemn event, congratulated the new settlers on this joyful event.:
"Today is a special day for you. Thanks to government support, you have received new homes. By the end of the year, 22 more families in the village of Karabutak will receive housing. Thus, 58 families will celebrate housewarming this year. This is a significant step forward in solving the housing issue. We will continue to work, as there are still those in need in the queue. Congratulations on the housewarming party!"
At the key ceremony, the residents shared their joy.
"In 2021, I joined the housing queue as a mother with many children. Suddenly, I was informed from the district akimat that my turn had come. Today my dream came true, I'm holding the keys to my house in my hands. I'm very happy!" says one of the newcomers.
"I've been waiting for my turn for 10 years. On the eve of the New Year, a very joyful event took place. I am grateful to everyone who took part," Natalia Baran expressed her gratitude.
Two two-storey communal houses with 8 apartments began to be built in 2021. In October 2023, Akim of the region Askhat Shakharov, during a working trip, instructed to complete the construction and put the houses into operation. The construction was completed by the BASPANA BUILD contracting company. Techno-S company was engaged in landscaping and engineering networks.
