According to the instruction of the Head of State on early financing in 2025, the acceptance of applications for preferential loans started on November 29, 2024. These measures have been taken so that farmers can carry out all necessary measures efficiently, purchase seeds, fertilizers and prepare equipment.
The Agrarian Credit Corporation has opened financing under the Ken Dala 2 program with a preferential remuneration rate of 5% per annum. To date, a total pool of applications has been formed from 1,337 agricultural producers in the amount of 153.9 billion tenge, of which 1,002 agricultural producers have accepted applications in the amount of 136.2 billion tenge. 674 agricultural enterprises have already received financing in the amount of 100.2 billion tenge.
Agricultural enterprises in grain—growing regions - Akmola, Kostanay and North Kazakhstan regions - are most active.
Maksimovskoye LLP was one of the first to apply for participation in Ken Dala 2.
"Before the start of the sowing campaign in 2024, we were offered a loan under the Ken Dala 2 program. We have received funds in the amount of 500 million tenge, we have closed all obligations on plant protection products and fertilizers. Calmly, the cleaning was carried out quite successfully, the debt was closed. Thanks to the early financing program for the 2025 SDR, we have already received 800 million tenge. This program is unprecedented. I think that nothing better is needed for agricultural producers," says Alexander Zakusilov, Director of Maksimovskoye LLP.
It should be recalled that as part of the execution of the President's order, up to 700 billion tenge will be allocated for the Military-industrial complex, of which about 560 billion tenge will be attracted from market sources of capital. Thanks to the measures taken by the Government, farmers will receive financial support under the most convenient conditions for them.
There is also an increased number of financial institutions that you can apply to both for loans and for their subsequent repayment. Financing will be available through second-tier banks, credit partnerships, social and entrepreneurial corporations, and ACC.
To solve the problem of the lack of collateral, the Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund provides for a guarantee of 85% of the loan amount.
