At a government meeting, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov raised the issue of allocating funds to farmers for spring field work in 2025. It is noted that the financing began last year.
Agriculture Minister Aidarbek Saparov reported on the ongoing work in this area.
"We started financing on November 29 last year. 100 billion tenge has been allocated, of which 70 billion has already been issued. Work in this direction is underway. secs have not yet been connected in the regions, and distribution needs to be carried out through them, then it will be faster. There are finances," Aidarbek Saparov said.
The Prime Minister instructed to speed up the work.
It should be recalled that as part of the execution of the President's instructions, up to 700 billion tenge is planned to be allocated for spring field and harvesting operations in 2025 under the Ken Dala-2 program, of which 140 billion are budget funds, 560 billion are market funds. Loans are issued at 5% per annum to farmers with a maturity date of March 1, 2026.
Early financing allows farmers to purchase everything they need in advance, including fertilizers, for the timely start of the sowing campaign.
