The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, together with the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry, plan to automate the process of providing three public services in the social and labor sphere.
To do this, a pilot project will be launched, providing for the elimination of the human factor and automation of the process of providing these services. Thus, the operational processes for their provision will be reduced from 7 working days to one.
Among the services that will be provided in a new way are: "Appointment of a special state allowance to persons awarded the title of "Kazakhstan Enbek Epi"; "Appointment of a special state allowance to persons awarded the title of "Halyk Kaharmany"; "Appointment of a special state allowance to persons with disabilities of the first, second and third groups who are assigned pension payments by age or pension payments for years of service, with the exception of those receiving an additional payment to pension payments by age up to the amount of the state social disability allowance, as well as persons with disabilities of the first, second and third groups living in the city of Baikonur, provided they receive a disability pension in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation."
The draft joint order "On the launch of a pilot project for the proactive provision of certain public services in the social and labor sphere through the Smart Data Ukimet information and analytical system" is posted on the Open NPAs portal for discussion, which will last until December 18, 2024.
