RSE Gosexpertiza has issued a positive opinion on the project of major repairs of the GKP building at the Talgat Bigeldinov Lyceum School No. 1.
The facility is located on Zheltoksan 9 street in Saryarkinsky district of Astana. According to the project passport, the school, with a total area of 9,325.5 m2, was built in 2001.
The working project provides for the redevelopment of premises, the replacement of exterior and interior decoration of buildings, the construction of floors, door blocks.
In addition, it is planned to replace the roof, provide a new automatic fire alarm system, replace the power supply, electric lighting, heating, plumbing and sewerage systems, as well as provide a ventilation system.
At the same time, as part of the work project, it is planned to install Internet, telephony, and a digital access control and management system (ACS).
The customer is the State Communal Enterprise under the right of economic management "Talgat Bigeldinov Lyceum School No. 1" of the Akimat of Astana, the General Designer is KostStandart LLP.
