The construction of a Cultural center and new medical facilities is actively underway in the regional center. Akim of Turkestan region Nuralkhan Kusherov visited construction sites of a number of social facilities in Turkestan, got acquainted with the progress of work and gave specific instructions to contractors.
– The pace of construction in the region should not decrease. The main thing is quality. Complete the construction of social facilities according to the approved schedule. There should be no obstacles in the process of work," the governor of the region emphasized.
The construction of a rehabilitation center in Turkestan, which began in September 2023, is coming to an end. The new facility will be fully equipped with the necessary equipment, as well as include a playground for children. The center will be put into operation soon.
In addition, a cultural center with a total area of 10,000 square meters is under construction in the regional center. It is planned to complete the work this year.
Nuralkhan Kusherov also inspected the construction site of a multidisciplinary regional hospital with 570 beds. The modern building will be equipped with everything necessary for high-quality treatment of residents of the region. The Akim noted that more than 2 million people live in the Turkestan region, so the commissioning of new social facilities is of great importance. He instructed to increase the pace of work and use only high-quality building materials.
