The final event was held at the Aktau garrison on the basis of military unit 29011 under the leadership of the Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Naval Forces, Captain 1st Rank Daniyar Khairushev.
It was attended by officials of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Naval Forces, commanders of military units, deputy commanders for educational and ideological work, as well as commanders of individual battalions and divisions.
Captain 1st Rank Daniyar Khairushev noted that in the past academic year, many activities aimed at maintaining combat readiness were carried out. The naval forces actively participated in international strategic exercises. A bilateral exercise was also conducted with the Caspian Flotilla of the Russian Federation.
In addition, training camps were organized for military personnel in Turkey, Azerbaijan, Russia, the USA, India, Italy and Bahrain. A training camp in the waters of the Kazakh sector of the Caspian Sea contributed to strengthening operational skills and improving the effectiveness of the tasks set.
– In 2024, the Naval Forces were replenished with a new modern vessel, the Russian–made high-speed amphibious transport boat Shapshan. This acquisition will significantly increase our mobility and efficiency in carrying out the tasks we face," said the Deputy Commander–in-Chief of the Naval Forces.
At the end of the year, the best units and military personnel were identified. A division of heterogeneous ships won among military units and institutions. In the next category, the championship was awarded to the Oral rocket and artillery ship under the command of Captain 2nd rank Shahrakh Abdurazakov. The logistics battalion, commanded by Major Nurzhan Zhusipov, was also recognized as the best.
Distinguished servicemen were awarded diplomas, letters of appreciation and valuable gifts on behalf of the Commander-in-Chief of the Naval Forces.
The event ended with a concert prepared by an amateur performance group and an orchestra of the Naval Forces.
