The head of the region, Ermaganbet Bulekpayev, reprimanded two regional akims of Karaganda for snow removal. He also expressed a number of ideas for the implementation of the Taza Kazakhstan initiative to make cities cleaner and greener.
– Unfortunately, there are problems. There are complaints on social media about snow removal and cleaning. And I can see it myself," Ermaganbet Bulekpayev said at a meeting on the development of the regional center.
There should be order everywhere: in the center and on the outskirts, he stressed. This is the area of responsibility of the district akims, it is necessary to keep order constantly, the head of the region noted.
He instructed the city's leadership to organize uninterrupted work on high-quality cleaning and maintenance of highways, as well as sidewalks, squares, and parks. He also appealed to the police to monitor the observance of sanitary standards by organizations of all forms of ownership.
Ermaganbet Bulekpayev drew attention to construction companies that do not always clean up their trash. He called for focusing on an illustrative example, when the contractor, after commissioning the Schoolchildren's Palace in Prishakhtinsk, not only put the surrounding area in order, but also contributed to landscaping.
Mayor of the city Meiram Kozhukhov reported on negotiations with housing developers about their participation in landscaping. They are offered to plant trees near the house according to the number of apartments, and then ensure their care and safety.
