The Department of Land Management of the Aktobe region of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted an unscheduled inspection of a peasant farm in the Martuk district.
It was found that the 592-hectare land plot intended for arable land had not been used for several years.
The owner of the plot was given a mandatory order to eliminate violations and develop the land. Since the requirements of the order were not fulfilled, the department, through the Martuk District Court, imposed a fine of 70 MCI on the farm.
The specialized interdistrict Economic Court of Aktobe region satisfied the claim of the department for the compulsory seizure of the land.
