✔️Work on the development of infrastructure in the Turkestan region will be strengthened. According to the instructions of the head of state, by the end of the year it is planned to provide all settlements with drinking water. The work on gasification, quality lighting and sewerage system is under strict control. It is also important that business facilities are provided with infrastructure.
✔️At the meeting chaired by akim of Turkestan region Nuralkhan Kusherov, work on providing the population with high-quality infrastructure was analyzed and further plans were discussed. The head of the region assigned specific tasks to the heads of responsible departments and municipal institutions, as well as akims of districts and cities in relation to the work in this direction. He made criticisms and instructed to strengthen the work. He instructed to constantly monitor all work, timely resolve municipal issues.
✔️Head of the Regional Department of energy and housing and communal services Ruslan Muzdybekov reported on the progress of work and current issues in the field of energy and housing and communal services. This year, it is planned to build more than 160 new facilities in this area. A specific plan for the projects being implemented has been approved.
✔️In 2025, the construction of 47 drinking water facilities is being implemented at the expense of the budget. In addition, design and estimate documentation for 30 settlements has been developed and submitted to the budget for financing. By the end of the year, it is planned to provide 30 thousand residents with centralized drinking water.

✔️Work on providing the population with natural gas will continue in full swing in the region. In 2025, the construction of 47 gasification facilities will be implemented. Of these, the construction of 25 facilities will be completed this year, and the construction of the remaining 22 facilities will be completed next year.

✔️In the direction of providing electricity, the construction of 41 facilities is being implemented this year. By the end of the year, it is planned to provide high-quality electricity to 22.3 thousand people in 18 settlements. In addition, the 110 kV substation "north" in Turkestan was launched. In addition, the construction of two-circuit 110-kV power lines up to the 220-kV substation "Kyzyl Musker" and the 110-KV Power Line "L-6-A" in Keles district has been completed and put into operation. As a result, residents of Keles, Saryagash, Zhetysai, Maktaral, Shardara, Kazygurt districts were provided with constant electricity. In addition, it is planned to complete and put into operation the construction of substations of 110 kV "Alatau" in Tolebi district and 110 kV "Zhetysay" in Zhetysay district.

✔️The heating season in the Turkestan region is held normally. The region has 1 Thermal Power Center, 34 centralized and 1,622 autonomous boilers. Currently, 737 multi-storey residential buildings and 2,243 budgetary institutions are constantly being supplied with heat. Also, the Turkestan region is covered according to the schedule with the required amount of coal for the heating season 2024-2025. In addition, reconstruction of 6 boilers was carried out in the heat and power center No. 5 in Kentau. In addition, the current repair of boilers in the cities of Arys, Lengir and the villages of Taukent and Kyzemshek was carried out in full. In general, the heating season for 2024-2025 is under constant control.

The main task is to provide the IT population with drinking water, gas, and infrastructure. The issue of providing the region with infrastructure is constantly being considered. One of the main priorities of the new economic course set by the president is to ensure a high quality of life of the population. We have a chance to overcome the instruction of the head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to provide settlements with clean drinking water by the end of 2025. We need to develop a special plan and work systematically, " the governor of the region said.
