Arman Nagashybayevich Yessentayev was appointed head of the Department of Natural Resources and environmental management of East Kazakhstan region. Previously, he held the position of deputy head of the Department of Natural Resources and environmental management of East Kazakhstan region.
Arman Yessentayev is a native of the East Kazakhstan region. In 2004, he graduated from East Kazakhstan State University, and in 2011-from the Kazakh-American Free University.
He started his career as a leading specialist in the Department of land relations of East Kazakhstan region. In different years, he held the positions of Chief Specialist, Head of the Department. Since 2012, he has been working in the Department of Natural Resources and environmental management of East Kazakhstan region. In 2018, he was appointed to the position of deputy head of the Department.
