Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that the Auyl Amanaty program was launched in order to increase the incomes of the rural population, support peasants, small and medium-sized businesses.
Major projects are being implemented in the West Kazakhstan region as part of the Auyl Amanaty program.
So, in 2023, within the framework of the program, 6 billion 400 million tenge was allocated for the development of small businesses in rural areas, loans were issued to 987 citizens.
As a result, more than 900 jobs have been created.
In 2024, the program provided 1.5 billion loans to 116 start-up entrepreneurs. Thus, about 200 new jobs have been created.
This year, within the framework of the Auyl Amanaty program, it is planned to create 886 jobs in rural areas by micro-crediting 815 people.
Recently, under the Auyl Amanaty program, a new poultry farm was launched in the village of Makarovka in the Bayterek district of the West Kazakhstan region.
The poultry farm is capable of producing 900,000 eggs per year.
Also last year, the Akimat of the West Kazakhstan region and the largest oil and gas processing company in the region, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V. (KPO B.V.), signed a special memorandum on the sale of products from farms in the region.
Currently, KPO is purchasing agricultural products in this direction.
To date, large enterprises have sold the company's products for 342 million tenge.
"In his Message to the people, the Head of State noted the importance of the Auyl Amanaty program in terms of deep processing of meat, milk, and grain. Now we feel the appropriate help. With the support of the program, we opened a poultry farm. We leased the equipment at the expense of the regional budget. We also have the opportunity to sell our products directly to the Karachaganak company in our region. This is a great support for us," said Alibek Gabdulov, an entrepreneur.
