Today, on January 13, within the framework of the national project "Comfortable School" initiated by the head of state Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the opening ceremony of secondary school No. 33 in the 33rd microdistrict of Aktau city took place.
The new school is equipped with 66 modern classrooms, including STEM laboratories, classrooms for pottery, visual design and choreography classes.
Currently, the school has 825 students. 68 teachers teach children, including 7 teachers who work on a shift schedule. For children with special educational needs, there is a sensory room, speech therapist, speech pathologist and psychologist rooms that meet current requirements.
The ceremony was attended by Deputy Akim of Mangystau region Abbat Urisbayev, deputies of the regional maslikhat, public figures, representatives of state educational organizations, contractors and parents. On behalf of the head of the region, Abbot Urisbayev congratulated those present on the opening of the new educational facility.
- The national project "Comfortable School", which was launched on behalf of the head of state, is being successfully implemented. In order for children to receive a high-quality education, schools must be modern and comfortable. This is a guarantee of our future. As the President noted, improving the quality of secondary education is an important step for our national future. We are glad that such schools are being put into operation. I wish the younger generation success in education," said Abbot Urisbayev.
It should be noted that this year 13 schools will be put into operation in the territory of the Mangystau region within the framework of the Comfortable School project. In particular, the construction of 4 schools with 4,500 places has been completed in the 17th, 19th and 33rd districts of Aktau city, as well as in the Khazar village of Batyr, Munaily district.
