Development of e—commerce will strengthen Kazakhstan's position as a logistics hub of Central Asia - Kazpost JSC

Chairman of the Management Board of Kazpost JSC Assel Zhanasova said at a Government meeting that the rapid growth of e-commerce opens a unique window of opportunity for Kazakhstan.
She noted that this contributes to the development of entrepreneurship in the regions and strengthens Kazakhstan's position as a logistics hub in Central Asia.
"Kazpost's key role here is to provide reliable infrastructure for the e–commerce market," Assel Zhanasova emphasized
The speaker added that by 2029, the number of parcels per person will reach the level of developed countries – 27 parcels per year against the current five. This will contribute to the growth of both local players and cross-border trade, which will reach 19%.
