Over the past year, the operational and criminalistic units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted almost 50,000 inspections of incident sites, which allowed them to collect "valuable" evidence for investigations.
Traces and other physical evidence were removed from 41.4 thousand inspections. In addition, more than 43,000 examinations were performed, which played a key role in the disclosure.
According to forensic records, 10,5 thousand positive results were established, which significantly contributed to speeding up investigations and exposing criminals.
